Green Curry Noodles Set Rice Noodles Green Curry Seasoning Cooking oil Meat or Chicken (Cut into small pieces) Sweet Basil Red Chili

PREPARATION
- Put rice noodles in boiling water (100 c) for 7 minutes and drain well.
- Put rice noodles in cold water for 1 minute and drain well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add meat or chicken cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add soaked rice noodles and seasoning that already dissolved in 50 g. water stir fried for 1 minute.
- Add Sweet Basil and chili cook well for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
TIPS
dissolved green curry seasoning with 50 g of water will give mild taste of green curry noodles.
To get original taste of green curry noodles, use less water to dissolved green curry seasoning , recommend on 30 g of water.
