Squid Green curry paste Chopped chicken breast Coconut milk Green curry paste Carrot chunk Sliced baby corn Kaffir lime leaves Sweet basil Sugar Vegetable oil

PREPARATION
- Mix chopped chicken breast with green curry paste 15 g.
- Stuffed chicken into squid then steam cooked for 2- 3 min
- Heat oil in a pan until it’s hot and add green curry paste 35 g, stir for 1-2 minute and add coconut milk
- Add carrot, baby corn and sugar cook for 3 minutes, add cooked squid and cook for another 2 minutes
- Add kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves, stir well.
- Remove the pan from heat and pour into a bowl
TIPS
Before steam stuffed squid should make slits on a squid so the filling will not came out after cooked
