INGREDIENTS

Szechuan Noodles Set
Rice Noodles   70 g
Szechuan Sauce  75 g

Cooking oil
Meat or Chicken (Cut into small pieces)
Carrot (cut in strips)
Diced bell pepper

PREPARATION
  1. Put rice noodles in boiling water (100 c) for 7 minutes and drain well.
  2. Put rice noodles in cold water for 1 minute and drain well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add meat or chicken and cook for 1 minute. Add Onion and Bell Pepper for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add soaked rice noodles and Szechuan sauce stir fry for 3 minutes, if noodles are still hard add some water and cook well and remove from heat.
