PREPARATION
- Pour water into a pot and add tom yum paste heat until boil.
- Add mushroom and tomato, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add prawn cook for 1 minute, then add milk stir well.
- Add kaffir lime leaves and remove a pot from heat.
- Add kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves, stir well.
- Pour into serving bowl and decorate with a spring of coriander leaves
TIPS
if straw mushroom is not available you can use button mushroom.
