Smoked duck breast Chopped shallot Chicken stock cube Water Concentrated orange juice Garlic & ginger oil A pinch of salt & sugar

PREPARATION
- Heat a pan and add garlic & ginger oil then sear smoked duck breast on a hot pan until the skin colour is brown
- Add shallot, stir for 1 minute
- Add chicken stock cube cook for 1 minute
- Add water, orange juice concentrate, salt and sugar, stir well
- simmer for 3 – 5 minutes
- Remove the pan from heat and serve on plate. Eat with salad leaves
