Put rice noodles in cold water 1 minute and drain well. Sleek noodles in a dish.
Put oil in a pan, then stir fry 30 g of onion for a while.
Mix sauce, eggs and milk. Stir in a pan with low heat for 1 minutes.
Put other vegetables, cooked crab or sliced meat to stir fry for 1 minute.

TIPS
You can change from crab to chicken, pork, shrimp or meat by stir fry this meat with onion before making curry sauce on instruction number 4.
Instead of making curry sauce, you can use the sauce that you prepare on instruction number 4 stir fry with rice noodles and other vegetable directly. It will give more aroma and stronger taste.
