Stir-Fried Thai Curry Noodles Set
Rice Noodles   
Stir-Fried Thai Curry Sauce   

Cooking oil
Onion
Milk
Egg (beaten)
Crab or sliced neat
Vegetables

PREPARATION
  1. Boil rice noodles 4 minutes
  2. Put rice noodles in cold water 1 minute and drain well. Sleek noodles in a dish.
  3. Put oil in a pan, then stir fry 30 g of onion for a while.
  4. Mix sauce, eggs and milk. Stir in a pan with low heat for 1 minutes. 
  5. Put other vegetables, cooked crab or sliced meat to stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and pour Stir-Fried Thai Curry over the prepared rice noodles.

TIPS

  • You can change from crab to chicken, pork, shrimp or meat by stir fry this meat with onion before making curry sauce on instruction number 4.
  • Instead of making curry sauce, you can use the sauce that you prepare on instruction number 4 stir fry with rice noodles and other vegetable directly. It will give more aroma and stronger taste.
